Supportive Environment
All telephone and online support calls are included as part of the Reach subscription. Staff Training is included as part of the initial setup cost and is carried out on a “train the trainer” basis.
Staff training can be either conducted on-site at your school or via online methods depending upon your particular needs. Additional on-site training can be supplied at additional cost… etc.
Teach Reach
This comprehensive, self-paced, virtual training program guides your team through all you need to know about our Top 8 Modules, used by schools around the globe. Upon completion of all 8 courses, we issue a certification badge that can be displayed on your LinkedIn profile! Each course takes roughly 10-20 minutes depending on user experience. Teach Reach allows your team to revisit both our mobile and web platforms in a guided environment, with specific tasks for each module.

What is Reach's Data Security Philosophy
This is your first question because it’s the most important. Securely handling and storing the private data of students and parents at your school should be a mandatory requirement for any System. As a starting point you require a system that stores and handles data to meet the Federal and State Personal Data Privacy laws of your region.
In addition, you should also be mindful of data residency, that’s where your data is stored. Your school should determine if you are willing to have private data of students, parents and staff stored overseas where data storage providers may not be subject to your country’s privacy regulations?
Reach is able to guarantee that our data is stored domestically. We can prevent the personal information of your students, staff, parents and hosts residing in locations outside of your own country.
Is Reach Secure?
We have designed the Reach user-access security system as a robust and flexible digital architecture that provides administrators with complete control across the entire user base.
Our Infinity Access Control provides administrators with unlimited flexibility and endless possibilities. It gives you the ability to control the access and activity capability for every user, on every screen, and for every action in Reach.
Using the latest in RFID technology, biometrics, or GPS to monitor student movement, Reach implements new innovative technology tools such as i-Beacons, NFC tags and QR codes. Reach is constantly seeking to improve user experience, efficiency, and security for our schools.
Where will your system be hosted ?
For some schools there may also be internal school policies that regulate and limit the storage of student’s personal data to on-campus, school managed servers only.
Reach offers schools the option of Cloud hosting or self-hosted environments. If your IT Department or school has on-campus data storage requirements then a Cloud based system will not be suitable for your school.
Integrations
Does Reach integrate with our current system? A key feature of Reach is that it has been designed to integrate seamlessly with a growing list of School Management Systems worldwide.
Running separate databases for your School Software and your main school database can be inefficient and problematic. Which database do you keep accurate ? Which database do you operate as the primary •source of truth” for your school ?
Reach has open API connections. This allows it to link directly to any main school database systems for direct access to data feeds of important information for your students, parents and staff. This way only one contact database needs to be maintained, making it easier and more efficient to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of your record keeping.
